About the Author
Geoffrey M. Cooper is Professor of Biology and Associate Dean of the Faculty for Natural Sciences at Boston University, USA. Dr. Cooper's research is focused on understanding the roles of oncogene proteins in the signalling pathways that regulate cell proliferation and programmed cell death. He has authored two books on cancer and published over 100 research papers in the field of cell signalling and cancer research. Robert E. Hausman is Professor in the Department of Biology at Boston University, USA. His research is focused on understanding how interactions between cells and between cells and the extracellular matrix affect differentiation and morphogenesis.

Best cell biology book I've ever read, and I've used a couple. Easier to read than most, which is nice, considering I'm using it for medical school and have too much to read anyway.

I'm happy that I can get this book to rent. and I recommend future student to consider doing this often. As for the book, it is great. You do have to work hard to understand the material. But it is a great tool to helping you learn.
